Managing Partner
Robert established his firm in 1990 after a number of successful years with a city-based firm of CPAs.
Robert has extensive experience in taxation and business consulting and has successfully advised all his clients through complex income tax, GST and capital gains tax issues since inception of his practice.
Suman Saha
Principal Partner

Suman is a Registered Tax Agent with a degree in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney. He brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and advisory, having worked in both public practice and in senior finance roles across diverse corporate and non-profit sectors.
Suman has developed extensive public practice experience in Australia, specialising in tax compliance, business advisory, superannuation, and client services. His professional approach is built on trust, integrity, and lasting client relationships, helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions and achieve their long-term financial goals.
Kailash Bhanushali CA
Principal Partner
SMSF & Business Advisory
Kailash is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Master of Business – Accounting from the University of South Australia. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, he has worked with clients across industries such as property development, financial services, hospitality, and professional services. Since 2022, he has been part of Carollo & Co, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored, practical advice.
His expertise includes Business Services, Management Accounting, Taxation, SMSF Accounting and Advice, and Virtual CFO services. Recognised for his professionalism and technical expertise, Kailash takes a hands-on, client-focused approach to help clients make informed decisions, achieve long-term financial goals, and maximise the value of their assets.
